The most tangible thing that we can do for you is provide total peace of mind. Our Holiday home and Second home Property Management service, is fully tailored to suit your needs. Below we have highlighted the most common elements of the Cotswold Property Management service, however we often get asked for more bespoke services too. Nothing is too much trouble, we will always try to accommodate your needs. 

If chosen as an option, we will operate as keyholder for your Holiday home or Second home in the Cotswolds. We are DBS checked and happy to provide any security you require, ensuring total peace of mind.

We can operate scheduled Security visits in addition to Emergency call out services, for when you need an attended visit by a utilities provider or member of the trade. We can also arrange for installation of security and alarm systems, smart locks and alerting systems such as temperature, flood and humidity.

If the property has been recently used, or is mothballed and empty for longer periods, we can schedule visits to ensure that the house is in order. Examples of issues that could arise range from break ins to burst pipes. Our scheduled visits allow you to relax, safe in the knowledge that your Holiday home or Second home in the Cotswolds is safe and secure.

We can arrange a range of services to prepare for either you, or your guests’ stay. Starting with a thorough clean, to ensuring all amenities are available, as well as checking that the property is in full order, ready for your arrival. We get asked to arrange all kinds of things, like activating the heating or air conditioning, and putting up Christmas trees. Whatever you need, will will do our best to accommodate.

When you leave we can arrange for house tidy, cleaning and reset. We can have the bins put out and perishables removed. We often get asked to co create a checklist ensuring that every aspect is checked over thoroughly.

One of the services that proves invaluable to our customers, is managing any maintenance services. This is especially important for remote home owners, as managing people and access to your property remotely can be extremely frustrating, stressful and time consuming. If you already have preferred providers, on your authority we will work with them, if not we can provide services via our network of local contacts. This can of course include gardening, cleaning, electrical and gas inspections and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). This is not an exhaustive list and we will be delighted to work with you to meet your needs and expectations.
