This is done by going to the Airbnb Hosting account > Listing > Booking settings, at the bottom you will see Management > Co-hosts, where you will be able to invite us to help host your space. If you have published a guest handbook on your listing, this is the best way to ensure that we and your guests are kept up to date with items such as house rules, expectations and of course other information the guest may find useful, such as how to work heating, TV etc. We will ensure that your guests have read the information, and answer any questions they may have.
We can arrange a various services to prepare for your guests stay. Starting with a thorough clean, to ensuring all amenities are available, as well as checking that the property is in full order ready for your guests stay. If your guest has requested any extra services from you, will will also ensure they are catered for.
Working with you, we will ensure that a checklist is developed for all post guest stays. Any items to report will be sent to you and the checklist will also be filed, available in the cloud should you need it. One of the services that we help Airbnb guests with is managing any maintenance services. This is especially important for remote home owners, as managing people and access to your property remotely can be extremely frustrating, stressful and time consuming. If you already have preferred providers, on your authority we will work with them, If not we can provide services via our network of local contacts. This can of course include gardening, cleaning, electrical and gas inspections and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). This is not an exhaustive list and we will be delighted to work with you to meet your needs and expectations.
